How do I call a favourite?

1Open Ezefone — you will see your My Favourites screen
2Find the card of the person you want to call
3Tap their card once — your phone dials them straight away
4When finished, tap the red button to hang up

How do I call someone I rang recently?

1After making a call, a Recently Called strip appears at the top of your home screen
2Tap any face in that strip to call them again instantly
💡 The strip shows your last 8 calls — scroll left or right to see them all

How do I send a WhatsApp message?

1Tap the WhatsApp tab at the bottom of the screen
2Find the person you want to message
3Tap the WhatsApp button next to their name — WhatsApp will open ready to type your message
💡 WhatsApp must be installed on your phone for this to work

I cannot hear anyone — what do I do?

1Look at the right side of your phone
2Press the top volume button several times to raise the sound
💡 Keep pressing until the volume bar on screen is full

How do I add a new contact?

2Android: tap Import from Phone to bring in several contacts at once from your address book
3iPhone or manual: tap Add Contact Manually, type their name and phone number, then tap Save

2Find the person in the list and tap their row
3A menu slides up — choose: Add/Remove Favourite, Set Relationship Label, Change Photo, or Delete

How do I add or remove a favourite?

1Tap Contacts, then tap the person’s row
2Tap Add to My Favourites — their card appears on your home screen
3To remove them, tap their row again and tap Remove from My Favourites
💡 You can have up to 4 favourites shown as big cards on your home screen

What is a relationship label?

1A label is a short reminder that appears below a person’s name on their favourite card — for example My Daughter, GP Surgery, or Best Friend
2To set one: tap Contacts, tap the person’s row, then tap Set Relationship Label
3Type your label and tap Save — it appears on their card straight away

How do I add a photo to a favourite?

1Tap Contacts, then tap the row of a person who is already a favourite
2Tap Change Photo and choose a picture from your phone
3The photo appears on their card on your home screen straight away
💡 To remove a photo, open the same menu and tap Remove Photo

What is the red SOS button?

1The red Call for Help button is always visible at the bottom of your home screen
2Tapping it calls your nominated emergency contact immediately
3To set up your emergency contact: tap Settings → Emergency Contact (SOS)

How do I make the text bigger?

3Tap Large or Extra Large — the names on your favourite cards grow immediately

How do I print my favourite contacts?

1Tap the Help tab, then scroll to Printable Guides
2Tap Print Favourite Cards — a sheet showing all four contacts will open
3Use your phone’s print or share button to print, or save as a PDF

What is the Carer Lock?

1Carer Lock lets a helper set a 4-digit PIN so that contacts and settings cannot be changed accidentally
2Once set, the Contacts and Settings tabs will ask for the PIN before opening
3To set or remove the PIN: tap Settings → Carer Lock → Set Carer PIN
💡 Calling always works normally — the PIN only protects the settings

2Press the Home button (the round or bar button at the bottom of your phone)
3Find the Ezefone icon and tap it to open again
💡 Still wrong? Turn the phone off and back on — this fixes most problems
